Knock knock... Who's there?

ME!!
Hello my friends, I'm back!  Thank you all so much for your kind emails and comments as we went through a tough time after the storms.  Our house is finished and I'm brushing the cobwebs off ye'ole blog.

I went to one thrift store while we were living elsewhere but didn't buy anything (uh, I think that may be a first?)
But I did find this a little strange:

I've seen fake legs, bed pans, possessed dolls, you name it.  But this is a first.

I've never had a giveaway before, I think it's about time don't you?

The winner will get to choose one item from my Etsy shop.
Any one item - FREE
shipping - FREE.
Yup!

Here's how to play:
1.  Leave a comment with your answer to this question:
What is the strangest thing you've seen for sale or bought at a thrift store, estate sale, yard sale, auction, or flea market?

2.  Please become a follower here and/or like Flea With Me on Facebook [not mandatory, but hey why not?]

3.  Feel free to mention this giveaway on your blog or Facebook page - anyone can enter and win!

I will then post my top three picks in another post and on Facebook Monday the 27th, asking you guys to vote on your favorite.
The winner will be whomever gets the most votes by midnight Thursday.
I will announce the winner next Friday!

So, let's hear it ya'll, whatcha got?

Welcome back!!
OMG, seriously! Crazy!
Well, the funniest thing I ever saw at a yard sale (but didn't bring home for obvious reasons) was an old grandpa sleeping in a lawn chair with a sign on his neck that said $.25. There he was, just sleeping through the yard sale. Ha ha! It was too funny! I wonder how long he slept there, or if someone actually bought him and brought him home :)

i still can't think of anything that weird that i have seen but one thing i see all the time is those vintage enamelware piss pots. some things were just not meant to be passed down from generation to generation. these, my friend, are those things.
